1. Regular License

Grant of License:
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the purchased images for a single end-product, either personal or commercial, under the following conditions:

Permitted Uses:

  • Use in websites, blogs, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Print usage such as flyers, brochures, posters, and banners.

  • Incorporation in product packaging (up to 500,000 units).

  • Use within multimedia projects (videos, apps) where the image is a part of the whole work.

Restrictions:

  • You may not sell or redistribute the images as standalone files or digital goods.

  • Images cannot be used in merchandise or products for resale where the image is the primary value (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, prints).

  • You cannot sublicense, transfer, or resell the license.

  • Usage must comply with all applicable laws and must not be defamatory or offensive.

 

2. Extended License

Grant of License:
Includes all rights under the Regular License, plus additional rights for extended commercial use and resale.

Permitted Uses:

  • Unlimited reproduction and distribution of end products.

  • Use in physical merchandise or products for resale where the image is the main design element (e.g., apparel, prints, phone cases).

  • Use in digital templates or tools intended for resale or distribution.

  • Use in software, games, broadcast media, or large-scale commercial projects.

Restrictions:

  • Resale or distribution of the original images as standalone files is prohibited.

  • License cannot be sublicensed or transferred outside the original purchaser.

  • Use must remain lawful and respectful.

 

3. General Terms

  • Ownership: All images remain the intellectual property of GalleryAlways.com or their respective creators. This license only grants usage rights, not ownership.

  • Modifications: You may modify, adapt, or incorporate the images into larger works as per license terms.

  • License Validity: License is valid only for the original buyer and is non-transferable.

  • Termination: Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination without refund.
